Global Repair introduces a new, innovative compost management multi batch tracking system for clients. The app consists of 4 modules, Formulation, Monitoring, Microbial Testing and Multi Batch Tracking with an additional Online Training section. The app is specifically designed to calculate based on Sittler compost windrow turner capacity and performance and enhances the compost production experience.

Formulation
Having the correct information to create a compost recipe can determine the success of the compost process. The extensive formulation database helps determine the ingredient combinations required for specific microbial potential presence. The database allows for formula adjustments and calculations based on current scientific composting data.

Establishing procedure and managing the process are proven ways to increase productivity and performance. Record data from beginning to end of the compost cycle. Easy to use comprehensive reporting and data collection are vital for your production quality assurance and improvement. Data reports and testing are assessed and analyzed appropriately at your convenience.

Testing
Enter your microbial values, upload lab data from a qualified Soil FoodWeb advisor, or if in Canada request microbial assessment directly from Global Repair Ltd. Store test values from other testing methods and track microbial results with procedure in Tracking.
